Winter setting in properly causing Morning stiffness and joint pains which has now become common in all age groups including children. Doing some warm up exercises before starting daily routine helps in mobilizing the joints slowly and avoids friction pains.Less exposure to Sun and covering the body in full length clothing also causes deficiency of Vitamin D [sunshine vitamin] giving rise to complaints.Exposing to Direct Sunlight between 8am and 9am for 10 to 15 minutes everyday helps in converting Vitamin D and help in reducing Joint pains.

Diet rich In Milk and dairy products also helps in getting Vitamin D.
